  A.J. Ferrara began channeling in 1998, shortly before he underwent a life altering past life regression. The subsequent learning experiences helped him achieve an understanding of himself, and his place in a vast universe. One of the results of this metamorphosis was his desire to share what he has discovered with others, which led to his writing

  He is currently a partner in four Gold's Gym franchises in Miami, Florida. He moved there with his family in 1995, leaving a long career in sales and sales management, in the television business, in New York.

  Today, Ferrara is involved in incorporating the mind/body connection at his four gyms. He also works with an intuitive development group in the Miami area and recently became initiated as a Reiki Master healing practitioner.
